Inspired by your response to my previous blog, "Amrit Udyan," Today, I've planned this written tour for all food and wrestling lovers. So, enter the famous restaurant "The Great Khali Dhaba."

Recently, I visited this restaurant during a trip to Haryana. It is located in the Karnal district. A former WWE superstar, Dalip Singh Rana, famous as "The Great Khali" is the founder of "The Great Khali Dhaba."

There are many things to say, so let's begin with more details.

Introduction

The Great Khali Dhaba was inaugurated on October 17, 2022. This restaurant blends authentic Punjabi cuisine and various national and international foodstuffs with the exciting world of professional wrestling. The whole interior is designed with a wrestling theme.

Visitors enjoy the uniqueness, disciplined staff and hygienic atmosphere of "The Great Khali Dhaba."

In many interviews, Dalip Singh Rana has revealed that he is also a food lover and follows an extraordinary diet. His love for food and wrestling is visible in his restaurant, which he prepared by combining both ideas.

Structure and Interior

The dhaba attracts a large crowd with its essence and incredible menu. It is spread over 10 acres, offering a large area for walking, relaxing and enjoying meals.

When I entered the premises, the first thing that stole my sight was the professional wrestling ring installed in mid. Many screens constantly showed the fights of "The Great Khali." It created a nice experience to enjoy a meal with entertainment.

The interior was quiet and resonated with WWE's theme tune. It energised anyone to feel happy there. The choice of interior colours was attractive, and the Punjabi culture added a nice impression and impressive thought.

Enjoying the magnificence, soon, I felt starving.

Drinks and Meals

Visitors will be surprised to see a long list of Menu. The Dhaba has a huge variety of meals, including traditional cuisines and junk food.

Also, the option of Vegetarian and non-vegetarian food is available. You can choose any item from the starter, main course, or dessert, and it will be delivered to you in a few minutes.

The main attractive items are:

• Refreshing drinks like tea, milkshakes, Lassi, Mohito etc.
• Traditional dishes like Rajma Chawal, Kadi Chawal, Chole Chawal, etc.
• The great vegetarian thali, such as Veg Deluxe, Veg Express, etc.
• Flavoured Ice-creams.
• Pizza, sandwiches and relatable food items.
• Varieties of Rolls
• Biryanis: Veg and Non-Veg
• South Indian

I ordered multiple food items, including vegetarian deluxe thali, Chocolate dessert and tandoori pizza. The cost of every dish and drink is reasonable. It can easily be afforded by anyone.

The food presentation was amazing and the taste was good as it stuck to the palette. It was served with love and respect. I still remember the taste of tandoori pizza. It was made of heavy crust, thick panner pieces and overloaded cheese. Woohh!!

After finishing my meal, I moved to walk outside.

Main Attraction

The Dhaba is surrounded by lush greenery. Visitors can feel the essence of nature and the serenity of cold fresh air.

After mouth-watering food, I came out for a walk and entered the long farms of vegetables like mustard, spinach, cauliflower, corn, etc.

I visited Haryana in the summer, and the rising temperature disturbed me a bit. So, choose that according to your convenience.

The soothing air will help you to enjoy, but the temperature might bother you parallely.

Facilities

• A wide space for parking is available.
• Multiple washrooms and Shops.
• The connectivity is fine from the main road, but I suggest choosing a personal vehicle to reach there.
• Near Dhaba, the Continental Wrestling Entertainment(CWE) Sport Academy gives training to wrestlers and boxers.
• The Dhaba also proposes the "event hosting" option. They allow birthday parties and other celebrations in their space.

It was an excellent experience to visit "The Great Khali Dhaba." I suggest you add it to your list if you are planning to visit Haryana. It will offer you an unforgettable visit.
